Our Wood Therapy Back treatment uses specialized wooden massage tools to provide a relaxing massage across selected areas of the back.
The treatment may help relieve temporary muscle tension and improve the temporary appearance of puffiness, skin texture and natural body contours. It does not remove fat or treat medical swelling, pain or lymphatic conditions. Results vary.

Contraindications:
This treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy or for clients with blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, bleeding disorders, uncontrolled heart conditions, kidney failure, fever, active infection, unexplained swelling or pain, open wounds, severe skin irritation, osteoporosis, recent back injury or recent surgery.

Recommended Maintenance:
The treatment schedule will depend on the client’s consultation, health history, comfort and individual goals.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of the payment or deposit.
Arrive with clean, dry skin. Do not apply oils, lotions or body creams to your back. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and disclose all health conditions, medications, injuries and recent procedures.
Follow the aftercare provided by your trained service provider. Temporary redness, tenderness or sensitivity may occur. Contact the studio if you experience unusual or persistent discomfort.
The heat and humidity common throughout Caribbean countries may increase sweating and temporary fluid retention. Stay hydrated, wear loose clothing and keep the treated area clean and dry.
A personalized series may be recommended following consultation. Wood Therapy is intended to support relaxation and temporarily improve the appearance of skin texture and natural contours. It is not a fat-loss, weight-loss or medical lymphatic treatment, and results are not guaranteed.
