Due to the nature of aesthetic services, hygiene-sensitive products, educational materials, training programs, and professional-use items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated within this policy.

By booking a service, enrolling in training, attending a workshop, purchasing products, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Services & Treatment Appointments

All service and treatment sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for completed services including but not limited to:

• Laser Hair Removal Treatments

• IPL Treatments

• Skin Rejuvenation Treatments

• Acne Treatments

• Pigmentation Treatments

• Lash Services

• Brow Services

• Beauty Treatments

• Consultations

• Workshops

• Aesthetic Services

Treatment results vary from person to person depending on factors including:

• skin type

• hair type

• hormones

• medical history

• lifestyle

• consistency

• aftercare

• sun exposure

• adherence to treatment recommendations

Feel Beautiful BB does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes or results.

3. Deposits & Appointment Reservations

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are required to secure:

• appointments

• consultations

• workshops

• treatment packages

• training sessions

• certification courses

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, no-shows, or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

4. Training Programs & Certification Courses

All training program, workshop, and certification course payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Lash Extension Training

• Brow Training

• IPL & Laser Training

• Beauty Certification Courses

• Workshops

• Hands-On Training Programs

• Digital Educational Materials

Due to limited class availability, reserved seating, preparation time, educational materials, and intellectual property, refunds are not issued once enrollment has been confirmed.

Course transfers or rescheduling requests may be considered at management discretion.

Feel Beautiful BB reserves the right to refuse certification if:

• attendance requirements are not met

• examinations are not successfully completed

• practical evaluations are not passed

• professionalism or safety standards are not maintained

5. Product Sales

For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.

This includes:

• Lash Products

• Beauty Supplies

• Skincare Products

• Adhesives

• Liquids, creams, gels, or chemical-based products

• Training Kits

• Professional Tools

• Disposable Supplies

• Aftercare Products

• Threading Products

• Pillowcases and beauty accessories

Opened, used, tampered, damaged, or improperly stored items are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that have already been opened or used.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Feel Beautiful BB within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your claim, the following is required:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the item(s)

• Clear photos of the packaging

• Clear photos of the shipping label

• A detailed explanation of the issue, damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

If approved, Feel Beautiful BB may offer one of the following at management discretion:

• Replacement product

• Store credit

• Exchange for the same item

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Claims submitted outside of the required timeframe may not be accepted.

7. Exchanges & Store Credit

At the discretion of Feel Beautiful BB, exchanges or store credit may be offered in certain situations.

We do not offer refunds on product purchases.

Approved exchanges or store credit requests:

• must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

• must include proof of purchase

• must include all requested photos and supporting documentation

• must be approved in writing prior to any return request

Products approved for exchange must:

• be unused

• unopened

• remain in original packaging

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved exchanges.

Returns sent without written approval will not be accepted.

8. Missing or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms a package has been marked as Delivered, Feel Beautiful BB is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages.

Customers should:

• verify the delivery address entered at checkout

• contact the shipping carrier directly

• notify us within 48 hours if assistance is needed

Feel Beautiful BB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• weather conditions

• customs processing

• courier delays

• incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• high shipping volume periods

9. Medical & Safety Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant:

Feel Beautiful BB reserves the right to refuse treatment if a service is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or medically contraindicated.

Refunds may not be issued if treatment cannot proceed due to:

• failure to follow pre-care instructions

10. Allergies & Sensitivities

Clients and customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, following instructions, and performing patch tests where appropriate.

• allergic reactions

• irritation

• burns

• skin sensitivities

• adverse reactions

• improper product use

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Feel Beautiful BB directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• refusal of future services

• cancellation of future orders

• account restrictions

• collection action where permitted by law
