Contraindications:
This treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy or for clients with pacemakers, electronic or metal implants, active infections, open wounds, severe skin conditions, impaired sensation, recent facial surgery, cancer, uncontrolled medical conditions, or recent injectables or facial procedures.
Dental implants, metal dental work and all recent cosmetic treatments must be disclosed before the appointment. Medical clearance may be required.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of the payment or deposit.
Arrive with clean skin and avoid applying makeup, oils, creams or heavy skincare products. Disclose all medical conditions, medications, implants and recent facial procedures before treatment.
Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your trained service provider. Temporary redness, warmth, mild swelling or sensitivity may occur. Avoid excessive heat and use gentle skincare as directed.
Puerto Plata’s heat and humidity may increase sweating and sensitivity. Keep the skin clean, stay hydrated and avoid unnecessary heat exposure immediately after treatment.
