1. Overview

Due to the nature of professional beauty supplies, hygiene-related products, and consumable items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By placing an order with Feel Beautiful PRO Beauty Shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required for review:
  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 48-hour window may be denied.

If approved, Feel Beautiful PRO Beauty Shop may offer, at its sole discretion:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund for the affected item only

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and professional-use reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Lash, waxing, skincare, cosmetic, or hygiene supplies

  • Adhesives, liquids, gels, creams, or chemical products

  • Tools, disposables, or kits

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Training materials, digital products, courses, or certifications

5. Returns (If Explicitly Approved)

Returns are only accepted if approved in writing by Feel Beautiful PRO Beauty Shop.

Approved items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Be returned within the timeframe stated in the approval email

Return shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

7. Missing or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered, Feel Beautiful PRO Beauty Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Notify us within 48 hours if assistance is required

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
