Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and retention.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may require rescheduling depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice.
Please arrive with completely clean lashes free from mascara, eyeliner, oils, or makeup residue. Avoid caffeine before your appointment as it may cause eye fluttering during the service. Contact lenses should be removed prior to your appointment if possible.
Avoid water, steam, excessive heat, sweating, pools, and saunas for the first 24 hours after your appointment. Do not rub, pull, or sleep directly on your lashes. Oil-based products around the eye area should be avoided to help maintain lash retention.
Humidity, heat, sweat, salt water, sunscreen, and frequent swimming may affect lash retention in tropical climates. Proper aftercare is extremely important to help maintain the longevity of your lash extensions.
Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Clients arriving with less than 40% of lashes remaining may require a full set instead of a refill appointment.
